• The system will automatically calculate the estimated delivery time based on the time of your order (before or after the cut-off time), as well as your selected order processing time and shipping time. Estimated times will be adjusted for public holidays as needed.

2. Order Processing Time

• Order processing time refers to the time from the order cut-off time to when the items are prepared and handed over to the shipping company.
• Processing Duration: Minimum 2 days, Maximum 4 days (Processing days: Monday to Saturday)

3. Shipping Time

• Shipping time refers to the time required for the shipping company to deliver the items to the customer.
• Shipping Duration: Minimum 6 days, Maximum 15 days (Shipping days: Monday to Saturday)

4. Total Delivery Time

• Based on the customer’s location, the estimated delivery time is: 8 - 19 business days
